English language challenges

Hi, this is the last post of my blog.

This blog it's about English, well I like the language, and In the university, I think I learned a little more of what I already know, especially vocabulary, I liked the online classes of English because if it were in-person classes, maybe I could have been too shy to participate. About the blogs, I liked them because I can practice my writing in English writing about things I'm interested in.

I need to improve my speaking because I think my pronunciation it's not very clear, but I also don't like it, I'm very insecure about that so I never speak in English besides in classes if it's necessary, so I'm focusing on my writing and my reading because I like to read in English, I will keep reading books and comics to improve myself and I also want to improve my pronunciation even If I don't like it too much, I think It would be useful in the future and for that I will still watch the movies and series in English, my role model learned that way the language so I want to use that method to be a little better.

Outside classes, I use English every day and almost all the time to read and inform myself about my favorite group because the information it's released faster than in Spanish that's because it has to be translated from Korean to English and then to Spanish. And also the mangas and manhwas are translated faster in English so I taught myself a little of the language to read without waiting too much time. 

Changes to my study programme

Hi, I hope you all are fine, today the blog it's about the changes I want to do in my study program.

Well I am finishing my 3rd year of design so I had almost half of the subjects of my career, and I think that there are pretty of things that I would change, first of all, I thought when I first enter the career that mathematics wasn't necessary but now that I'm with statistic in a subject so I  think that's not true anymore, but about physics, I just don't think that we need them, the major I'm studying is visuals and media so I don't think that I need physics, it may be necessary for the other major that is industrials and services. And for the electives we have to choose I think that we need more variety because there are not enough for everyone.

My career it lasts 5 years and until now I still think that because of the pandemic we will need more time to understand fully all, maybe in-person classes it was okay but now I'm very insecure about my knowledge when I finish my degree. About the FAU, well I wish there is more places to rest inside because during winter it's very cold outside and also in the cafeteria, there are not enough tables for everyone, during lunchtime sometimes we had to eat on the floor. 

About the technology I want that the university could give us the softwares that we need because we use the adobe programs and the university don't provide us the software, we have to download illegally, we now that its bad but we don't have choice, I really think that there are necessary for the career.

Time travel to the future

Hello, this is the sixth post of my blog.

If I had to travel to the future I would like to go to the time when I am already like 40 years old so I think in about 15 or 20 years from now, I would like to see what I am doing if my dreams have come true, I don't know if I will be dead but I want to know where my family and friends are, what they are doing. But at the same time, if I had to choose between going or not going to the future, I would choose not to, I'm also afraid to see myself in the future because right now I don't know what I want so I'm not sure what to expect and I know that a lot of people I appreciate might not be here in 20 years, I wouldn't want to know that they might not be alive anymore, If I stay there I could have lost the precious time with the people that I love if they are not there anymore, so in that case, I wouldn't stay in the future, I would prefer living the present.

In the case I travel to another place where I don't know anyone, of course it will be weird because I think that the world that I know will be so different in the future, but it will be a new experience and if I like it, maybe I could stay there, everything could be possible.

My future job

 Hi, this is the 5th post of my English blog

My future job...actually I haven't thought about it, I just want to enjoy it, I would like to work in my own space maybe a little office I don't know, I would like to be indoors because what I'm studying I don't imagine how it would work out outdoors. I don't know if I would like to travel a lot because of the job, I know it's an opportunity to know more people and places but at the same time, I think I would lose communication with the people that I already know because I'm not a very communicative person so It would be difficult to me to keep in touch with people if I'm not around. But I don't know, maybe in the future I would like to travel a lot but for now, I'm not sure about anything.

I'm studying design with a major in visuality and media, I'm interested in animation, illustration so I hope that someday I can work in that, and do the things that I learned and what I will learn at college, I hope to get a salary that can allow me to buy the things I want without caring too much about the prices, and I want to be it fun, I already enjoy college so I spect to be at least half of fun because working in something that you don't enjoy I think is sad. And if I'm not satisfied if I graduate from college with what I'm studying right now, then I will study a few more years in somethings else if the money allows me.

My bucket list

Hi, this is the 4 post of my blog.

I never did a bucket list actually, but the first goal I remember was to get into college and I did it and that was the first time thinking about what I wanted to do or be in the future. 

There are plenty of things I want to do in the future, but there is just one thing that it's my dream for now, and it's going to a concert of my favorite group because they helped me in so many different ways in my life, they are a support and I would love to meet them and listen to the music that helped me, I would like to go with my sister because we have been always together and also because she likes them.

There are another few things I want to do but they are not dreams, they are just goals that I think will help me to find what I want to do in the future, like getting graduated from college but I don't know if I can because I'm not sure if I'm capable of achieving that, I think most of the people had thought like this at some time; I want to get a job of what I study that can allow me to buy the things I want and get my own house. I hope I can achieve all of my goals in the future, they are not big I think but they would make me happy.

My favorite movie

My favorite movie is Mulan, one of the main reasons why I like it is because the soundtrack, I love all the songs in that movie but also what I like the most it's because Mulan is a warrior and a woman, and, since I was a child I loved her because she was strong and a good influence for me.

I don't have an specific genre of movies that I like, I just enjoy the movie and as long as I like it, it's ok for me, I can watch any type of movie if it's interesting.

The most recent movie I watch was The suicide squad but It was awful, I didn't like it at all, It was one of the worst movies I ever watch so wouldn't recommend it. I didn't watched it on my own, I was with my friends, they put the movie and none of us liked it but if we start a movie we finish it always.

Something that I really enjoyed about the movies it was going to the cinema with my family, even if sometimes they would talk during the movie, something that I hate, but I really liked to watch them in a big screen and eat popcorns but since the pandemic begun, I haven't gone to the cinema so I hope that I can go soon.

The best concert ever

Hi, this is my second post and it's about my favorite concert. I have gone to four concerts in my life, the first one was when I was 14 years old, but It wasn't my favorite concert, the one I love until now, it was by the Japanese rock band One Ok Rock, they are 4 members, Takahiro, Ryota, Toru, and Tomoya. I went to the concert with my sister, It was in October of 2017, I remember I was nervous because it was the first time that I went to someplace in Santiago alone with my sister, I didn't know Santiago very well at that moment. The concert was incredible, I remember that almost all the people in the theater had to get on top of the chairs to see something, the place was so full although it wasn't too big because it was at the Cariola theater, the band was speaking in English so I was happy because I understood almost all they had said, I also remember that they wore a t-shirt with the Chilean flag. And when the concert ended I couldn't speak because my throat hurt so much from all the shouting. 

I enjoyed the concert so much, although they are not my favorite band I like a lot their music and I would love to go to another concert if they come back to Chile after the situation of the pandemic gets better. And also I hope that someday I can go to a concert of my favorite group.
